Do you love to jam but just don't have a place to do it? NMTS will now be hosting a free weekly jam session to all musicians interested!
Join a group of like minded singers and instrumentalists in a self-run jam session every Monday from 11 a.m. to noon. This is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 a class and it will 𝐧𝐨𝐭 be lead by a music therapist. It will just be you, your instruments, and your passion for music!

Self-Lead Jam Session
Do you love to jam but just don't have a place to do it? NMTS will now be hosting a free weekly jam session to all musicians interested!
Join a group of like minded singers and instrumentalists in a self-run jam session every Monday from 11 a.m. to noon. This is 𝐧𝐨𝐭 a class and it will 𝐧𝐨𝐭 be lead by a music therapist. It will just be you, your instruments, and your passion for music!
Caregiver Support Group
This free group is designed to provide stress relief for those who provide care for others. They will be a chance to make connections in new and creative ways. A music therapist will lead participants in discovering strategies for self care utilizing a familiar tool: music.
There will also be an onsite music group so that caregivers have some respite and can focus on their own needs while knowing that their loved ones are safe and having fun.

The Northern Nevada Food Bank’s “Produce on Wheels” Program
The Food bank of Northern Nevada brings it’s “Produce on Wheels” program to the east parking lot of NMTS from 10:15 - 11:00 am on the fourth Wednesday of each month.
If you’re age 60 or older, come by and get some free produce!

Join NMTS, Spirit & Serve, LLC, and the Reno Drum Tribe Community Circle for a Drum Circle in the Jerry Smith Auditorium.
Movie Sing Along - Friday Fun Night
Come sing along to your favorite film for this Friday Fun Night event!
Event ends at 6:45 p.m. Pick up is no later than 7 p.m. This is an all ages event and individuals under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Event is free but there is a suggested $5 donation to NMTS.
